Self-propelled boom sprayer is mainly used for large-scale chemical weeding, pest control and disease eradication of dry crops such as corn and sorghum. The machine is mainly composed of a driving platform, hydraulic system, traveling mechanism, electrical system, liquid medicine tank, jet mixer, distribution valve, filter, liquid pump, folding boom truss and anti-drip nozzle. This product is powered by a diesel engine and is divided into five systems: walking steering system, cab lifting system, left and right wheel base telescopic system, spraying system, hydraulic control system.
The inspection work before using the overhead sprayer is as follows:
First, check the tires when pulling the overhead sprayer to see if the air volume of the tires is sufficient. Tires can be replenished regularly.
Second, look at the screws that fix the tires, and focus on checking whether the fixing screws of the gearbox and engine are loose. Tighten the screws again before each use. Avoid loosening of screws during the dosing process, which will affect the normal use of the machine.
Third, open the engine compartment and check the engine oil. Remove the engine dipstick and check the engine oil level. The amount of oil should not be lower than the small scale line, nor should it exceed the large scale line.
Fourth, check the pump oil. Through this viewing port, the location of the pump oil can be clearly seen. If the oil is too low, add it in time.
Fifth, check whether the conveyor belt is loose or damaged. If damaged, replace the conveyor belt in time.
These are inspections of the overhead sprayer before use. Users must register in this order before use. Avoid problems affecting orchard spraying.
The maintenance of the overhead sprayer should be carried out as follows:
1. Prevent iron parts from rusting. Currently, most of the components of the overhead sprayers in use are made of iron. They can easily rust if not properly cared for. If the iron piece is rusted once, it will peel off a layer of "skin" and shorten the service life. Therefore, in winter, iron parts should be taken out, cleaned, painted with anti-rust paint, and stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse. Be careful not to place overhead sprayers with corrosive fertilizers and pesticides.
2. Prevent wood mold. Some parts of the overhead sprayer are wooden, which is prone to mold when exposed to moisture. Therefore, before storage, it should be washed, dried, coated with tung oil, and then placed in a ventilated and dry place.
3. Prevent rubber parts from aging. If the rubber parts of the overhead sprayer are damp or oily, they are prone to aging and cracking, shortening the service life. Therefore, the V-belt or flat tape of the tractor, cultivator, water pump, orchard sprayer should be removed and hung on the wall or placed in a dry and ventilated place. When tractors and orchard-pulling pesticide sprayers are parked in warehouses, jacks or bricks are used to jack up the front and rear axles of the locomotive, so that the tires do not bear weight from the ground, but maintain proper air pressure.
4. Prevent the motor from getting wet. The motor used for overhead sprayers should be stored in a dry, ventilated and clean warehouse as it will not be used for long periods of time. If the motor is placed together with pesticides and fertilizers, or placed in damp soil or a place that is easily wetted by rain, the motor will be damp, and the internal insulation performance will decrease, which may easily cause short circuits, grounding, leakage, and even burn out the coil. In order to ensure normal use in the next year, the battery in the overhead sprayer should be removed to prevent the battery from freezing and causing damage in cold weather. Unplug the negative lead of the battery.
